Wine Making for Beginners - By a beginner!!
I love wine, I love drinking it, I even love choosing it and working out what types I like better than others. So a natural progression for me was to make the decision to make my own wine from scratch! This site then is the journey from having the idea to make some home made wine, right through to the successful production of a batch of wine! At the time of writing this, the journey has just begun - I hope you enjoy reading about it as much as I will making it!!

Different Types of Wine
Whilst the purpose of this site is to wax lyrical about making wine, how to make wine...and indeed how NOT to make wine, its a fair assumption that most of the people here have some sort of love of the grape juice! So what site would be complete without a guide to the different wines there are out there. Rather than just copy and past the guide from other sites, I'm going to build this section up over time, and each time I try a bottle of wine, i'll add a mini review here! Feel free to add your comments - over time we should have a nice comprehensive database of different wines!

Wine Shop Coming Soon
We all like wine, and we all like wine making ( I assume, or you're in the wrong place buddy! ) - so what better addition to the site than a quality wine shop, and a wine making equipment shop! Well, keep an eye on this space! We're currently negotiating all the aspects of the operation, but, we hope to have our fully functional shop up and running within the next 4 weeks!
